We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as the recruiting lead for our Rock Hill facility, supporting the attraction and hiring of top engineering, manufacturing, and skilled trades talent. \nThis role will focus primarily on recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Automation, and Manufacturing Engineering positions while also supporting hiring for skilled trades and production roles. The successful candidate will partner closely with local business leaders and the Human Resources Business Partner in Rock Hill while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team based in Cambridge, ON, Canada to support facility and enterprise-wide talent acquisition objectives. \nThis role is ideal for a dynamic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on building world-class engineering and trades teams. \n\nWhat You'll Do Here: \nLead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and skilled trades roles. \nPartner with hiring managers and the HR Business Partner to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. \nBuild talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruitment marketing initiatives. \nRecruit for roles including Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Controls Engineers, Project Engineers, Automation Engineers, Assemblers, Machinists, Technicians, and other skilled trades positions. \nManage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, references, offers, and onboarding activities. \nRepresent Eclipse Automation at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities. \nCollaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to support company-wide recruiting initiatives and share best practices. \nTrack recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement \n\nWhat We're Looking For: \n5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing, automation, engineering, or industrial environments. \nProven experience recruiting for engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Automation, or Manufacturing Engineering. \nExperience recruiting skilled trades and production roles. \nStrong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct candidate outreach. \nAbility to build trusted relationships with leaders, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders. \nExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. \nA proactive, consultative, and results-oriented approach to recruiting. \n\nWhat We Offer: \nReimbursement for tuition and professional dues \n3 weeks of vacation and 3 paid personal days (to start) \nRRSP matching program \nFree snack program \n\nWhy Join Us: \nHere at Eclipse Automation, creation and innovation are at our core, and our culture reflects that.
