and customer onboarding.\n\nDefine how Genesis deploys and scales physical AI and robotics systems across diverse customer environments.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or product operations for complex hardware/software platforms.\n\nTechnical depth to comfortably navigate technical discussions with software engineers, roboticists, and ML researchers.\n\nTrack record of leading cross-functional engineering programs from early planning through production rollout.\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills to align distributed engineering teams, leadership, and external enterprise stakeholders.\n\nStrong systems thinking with a habit of bringing structure to ambiguous operational problems.\n\nWillingness to travel to customer sites as needed to support critical deployment milestones.\n\nBonus: Direct experience deploying robotics or autonomous systems into real-world environments.\n\nBonus: Technical background in autonomy, perception, controls, simulation, machine learning, or field
