and change management initiatives to strengthen Digital Workplace practices across the Group.\n\nProfile\n\nDegree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Digital Workplace, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, IT Functional Support or related fields.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex requirements and translate ideas into practical solutions.\nAbility to conceptualise processes, visualise workflows and develop structured recommendations.\nGood understanding of digital governance, user adoption and continuous improvement principles.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and IT teams.\nOpen-minded, adaptable and receptive to constructive feedback and different perspectives.\nInterest in AI, automation and emerging digital technologies would be an advantage.\nSelf-motivated, proactive and able to work independently while contributing to collective outcomes.\nGood command of both English and French.\n\nExperience: 3+
