Moreover, you will have risen to a leadership role where you have worked with senior managers to improve delivery and organisational performance.\nYou will have demonstrable project experience in robotic automation systems that incorporate electromechanical systems (sensors, controls, motors).\nYou will have a good understanding of quality standards and know how to balance delivery with reliability.\nDue to the nature of the role, you will have impeccable communication skills with experience dealing with technical engineering teams as well as senior stakeholders including customers.\nThis role is based fully onsite, with possible international travel to meet key stakeholders and customers.
