Here, you won’t be given a step-by-step playbook. Instead, we define what the building needs to achieve-and you’ll have the flexibility, resources, and the full toolbox to determine how to get there.\nWhat you'll do\nAs part of an integrated multidisciplinary team working from design through completion, you will be responsible to:\nHelp ensure compliance with health and safety requirements on project sites and contribute to the application of best practices.\nSupport on-site construction operations by coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders. \nCollaborate with the Project Coordinator and the Construction Managers to identify permit requirements and ensure timely project delivery.\nAssist in identifying and resolving technical challenges on site, applying problem-solving skills to support efficient and cost-effective project delivery.\nHelp track and manage changes and scope adjustments by documenting impacts on costs, schedules, and resources, and escalating risks as needed.\nSupport the preparation of project upgrades, including estimates and documentation, for review and presentation to the client.\nDevelop an understanding of energy performance measures and sustainability considerations prior to implementation.\nAssist with day-to-day execution of construction activities, helping ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and quality requirements.\nYour professional development is an integral part of your role. We value audacity: where others wait for solutions to be proven, we choose to be among the first to innovate.\nYour profile\n0-2 years of construction project management and on-site experience.\ninterest in complex mechanical construction.\nStrong communication (written and verbal), listening, skills in English. \nTeam player with a positive attitude, resilience, and determination. \nQuick critical thinking ability under pressure. \nTop-notch organizational skills. \nField-based role with 4-5 days/week on active project sites.\nWhat Ecosystem offers\nAnnual base salary ranging from $85,000 - $100,000, with final compensation determined based on a candidate’s experience, technical expertise, and skillset, as well as geographic location.\n401K matching and comprehensive group insurance package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability)- including a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) option with no employee payroll deductions.\nPaid time off per year: 10 public holidays, a minimum of 15 days of vacation, and 5 personal days.
