They will oversee cycle count programs and use data to help develop processes, establish metrics, and track results to mitigate inventory variances. In addition, they will help to receive, pick, package, and ship parts daily. \nKey Responsibilities \nDo physical counts and create reports to track results \nUse count results to identify root cause issues that will drive process optimization and accountability \nUnload trucks and receive material into inventory \nPick, package and ship parts using Fed Ex Software \nEducation & Technical Experience \nHigh School Degree or GED required \n1+ years of forklift experience required \nFamiliarity with cycle count procedures \nERP/WMS Experience required, Oracle experience would be a plus \nBasic computer skills required, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential \nFamiliarity with dimensional drawings \nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities \nEffective time management, problem-solving and decision-making skills \nAbility to work independently but also have a strong drive to be a team player \nHighly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence, high level of accuracy and attention to detail required \nStrong interpersonal communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in-person \nAbility to work with all customers in a positive and courteous manner consistently \nAbility to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment \n Physical Requirement\nAbility to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently throughout the workday\nAbility to bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis throughout the work day\n\nLocation: Louisville, KY (onsite) \nHourly rate: $19 to $21 per hour \nBase pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
