Developed in Finland and used internationally, the platform combines sustainability expertise with modern software technology.\nWe're continuously developing our platform, exploring AI-powered features, and adopting new approaches to software development.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Full Stack Developer, you'll work across the entire technology stack, from cloud infrastructure and backend services to APIs and user interfaces.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDesigning, developing, and maintaining scalable SaaS solutions using .NET, C#, React, and Azure.\n\nDeveloping and improving our Azure cloud infrastructure, databases, and integrations.\n\nDesigning and implementing secure, high-performing REST APIs.\n\nBuilding intuitive user-facing features in close collaboration with our product and design teams.\n\nContributing to the development and integration of AI-powered capabilities into our SaaS platform.\n\nImproving software quality through automated testing, code reviews, and modern development practices.\n\nParticipating in technical architecture decisions and continuously improving our development processes.\n\nYou'll have the opportunity to take ownership of technical solutions from initial design to production.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with curiosity, initiative, and a product-oriented mindset.\nTechnical Skills\nWe expect you to have solid experience in software development and a good understanding of modern cloud-based applications.\nOur technology stack includes:\nBackend: .NET, C#\n\nFrontend: TypeScript, React\n\nCloud & Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure, Docker, Bicep, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)\n\nDatabases & Caching: Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis\n\nAPIs & Authentication: REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect\n\nDevelopment Practices: Git, CI/CD, automated testing\n\nYou don't need to be an expert in every technology listed above, but we expect you to have strong experience with .NET/C# and cloud-based software development, along with the ability to work across the full stack.\nExperience with the following is considered an advantage:\nAurelia\n\nAzure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry\n\nPower BI\n\nAI-powered application development and integrations\n\nYou take ownership\nYou enjoy solving complex technical problems and turning ideas into working software.
