deliverables meet process objectives.\nResponsibilities :Process Design & Project Development\nLead process engineering activities for feasibility studies, conceptual design, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), and detailed engineering phases of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and renewable fuels projects.\nEstablish project process design philosophies, design basis, process guarantees requirement, and technical specifications to ensure alignment with business, operational, and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop, review, and approve key process engineering deliverables including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), heat and material balances, utility consumption summaries, equipment datasheets, process descriptions, and control philosophies.\nLead team to perform process simulations, design calculations, and technical evaluations to validate design assumptions and optimize overall plant performance.\nIntegration of multiple sub-processes into an optimized system \nContinuous improvement of process designs to incorporate operational reliability, maintainability, energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability considerations.\nProvide quality input to other disciplines for project economics and cost evaluation\nEngineering Management & Technical Coordination\nSupport the Project Manager in managing external technical consultants, engineering contractors, technology licensors, and EPC contractors throughout project development and execution phases.\nAct as the primary process engineering focal point between internal stakeholders, external engineering partners, licensors, and equipment suppliers.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure process requirements are effectively integrated into mechanical, piping, instrumentation, electrical, civil, and plant utility designs.\nReview engineering deliverables and provide timely technical direction to ensure compliance with project objectives, technical requirements, budgets, and schedules.\nParticipate in technical bid evaluations, vendor assessments, and equipment selection processes.\nTechnical Governance & Quality Assurance\nEnsure all process engineering deliverables meet project objectives, process performance requirements, safety standards, applicable codes, and company engineering standards.\nLead technical design reviews, value engineering workshops, constructability assessments, operability reviews, and risk-based design evaluations.\nIdentify technical risks and design gaps, develop mitigation measures, and manage process-related change requests throughout project execution.\nSupport development and implementation of process design packages, engineering standards, design guidelines, and best practices for project delivery.\nProcess Safety & Risk Management\nLead and participate in process safety studies including HAZOP, LOPA, process hazard analysis, and Management of Change (MOC) activities.\nEnsure designs comply with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements while promoting inherently safer design principles.\nSupport development of operating procedures, commissioning plans, and startup strategies to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.\nCommissioning & Startup Support\nProvide on-site process engineering support during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and performance test phases.\nResolve process-related technical issues during project execution and startup activities.\nVerify achievement of process guarantees, design capacities, and performance targets during plant commissioning and initial operations.\nCapture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement for future project developments.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
