Contract Administration & Preparation\nReview, draft, and prepare commercial contracts, terms, and clauses for procurement.\nStay updated on evolving regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal business policies.\nCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Legal and Finance teams, to ensure all contract terms are fully compliant and legally sound.\nManage the contract lifecycle, including tracking renewals, maintaining accurate digital and physical records, and updating contract databases.\n2.
