Join our team and experience more.\nWhat’s in it For You:\nA training program that includes job shadowing, e-learning modules, structured field activities, and customized training, allowing you to learn from subject matter experts with proven success.\nA dynamic, cooperative, and global working environment.\nReceive a company vehicle for business and personal use.\nAn attractive salary package with extensive benefits, health insurance, 401k match, paid holidays, and more!\nPossible future international assignments\nWhat You Will Do:\nBusiness Development - 50%\nDevelop strategic growth plans for new and existing customers.\nDeliver creative programs and product-based solutions for customer cleaning and sanitizing problems using a results-driven approach.\nPrepare and present total plant solutions for products, processes, and program changes using a compelling value-based approach. \nDevelop and manage a multi-faceted execution plan jointly with key stakeholders and decision makers leveraging all available resources.\nBuild strong professional networks and appropriately leverage contacts to establish and/or maintain business.\nMaintain active membership with trade and industrial associations.\nAccount Management - 50%\nEvaluate existing customer plant operations, business objectives, and regulatory guidelines to identify operational efficiencies related to time, cost, safety, and quality.\nProvide expertise in cleanroom applications, contamination control solutions, and risk mitigation.\nProvide technical expertise and understanding on the qualifications surrounding GMP related cleaning, cleaning process and company certification and validation services.\nEnsure operational compliance with FDA, ISO, and any other applicable domestic and international regulations.\nWork with internal partners to generate and (or) maintain new site process documentation e.g. Cleaning SOP’s, and any site specific documentation requirements.\nWork closely with the Regional Sales Manager to establish personal goals and objectives for sales and service performance.\nWork with cross functional teams to develop tracking systems, presentations, and reports. Report on project status and team performance capability to cross functional team members and site leadership.\nEffectively communicate team activities, progress, priorities, to internal partners.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBS/BA degree in engineering, chemistry, biology or related\n2 years’ experience working in Pharmaceutical or Personal Care manufacturing, or Brewing/Fermentation\nClean In Place / Clean Out of Place (CIP / COP) operational experience\nValid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years)\nImmigration sponsorship is not available for this position\nPreferred Qualifications\n2 years’ experience selling into the Pharmaceutical or Personal Care manufacturing\nDemonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.\nExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.\nExperience working in or selling into regulated manufacturing environments.\nExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills.\nAbout Ecolab Life Sciences:\nPartner with our customers to deliver comprehensive solutions and technical expertise to ensure product quality and safety in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
