complete and accurate general ledger\nPrepare reconciliations of general ledger account balances, identifying and resolving reconciling items\nUpdate various reports with current month-end information (discretionary spend, intercompany detail, allocation entry)\nManage sales invoicing activities, including e-Invoice processing and reporting\nMaintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ensuring timely reconciliations and payments\nSupport month-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting\nMonitor and record provisions, prepaid expenses, and other accounting transactions\nPrepare statutory reports, tax filings, and information required by local authorities\nPrepare basic financial reports\nMaintain customer master data and ensure accuracy within the ERP system\nSupport internal and external audits while ensuring proper documentation and compliance\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and provide financial information and analysis as needed\nStay up to date with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance\nWhat you'll need:\nUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field\nMinimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance\nGood knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax legislation\nExperience working with ERP systems\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\nEnglish proficiency\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset\nResult oriented, proactive, and possess a high level of integrity\nNice to have:\nACCA, CECCAR, or other
