Doing\nCustomer Service & Order Management\nProcess customer orders and manage order fulfilment\nRespond to customer enquiries and provide delivery updates\nResolve order and delivery issues\nSupport customer account administration\nLogistics & Supply Chain Coordination\nCoordinate stock movements across Australia and New Zealand\nLiaise with warehouses, freight providers and logistics partners\nMonitor inventory availability and replenishment requirements\nCoordinate imports and inbound shipments\nManage shipping and dispatch documentation\nSales Support\nSupport the ANZ sales team
