In this position, you will manage and develop long standing client relationships, with an intense focus on exceeding client expectations and driving service delivery. You will have a hands-on approach to service and deliver value through developing and managing technical projects to solve customer problems.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans\nPartner with Sales Representatives on plant surveys of prospective customers and start-ups of new applications in existing and new accounts\nDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts supported\nProvide technical support to customers, identify and resolve pain points, and escalate as needed\nPerform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to ensure customer operations operate optimally\nSupport services including sample testing, light maintenance, service report generation using digital platforms, chemical ordering, and inventory management\nUtilize digital tools to generate service reports and provide analysis aimed at water quality improvement\nContinuously adopt a beginner’s mindset to learn and approach problems with agility, taking initiative to simplify and improve processes\nWork collaboratively as a team player and maintain organized work practices\nFollow Ecolab safety and incident reporting guidelines\nRequirements:\nBachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering \nAt least 2 years of technical service or field sales support experience (Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply)\nExperience in water treatment or specialty chemical industries preferred\nKnowledge of cooling towers and wastewater treatment systems is advantageous\nAbility to sell value-added products and work confidently with large national and multinational customers\nIT-savvy with strong mechanical aptitude\nDemonstrated learning agility and the ability to adopt a beginner’s mindset in problem-solving\nProactive in taking initiatives to simplify, improve processes, and work efficiently using digital platforms\nStrong team player with organized attributes and excellent communication skills\nWilling to be place in across Indonesia\nAbout Nalco Water:\nIn a world with increasing water shortage and contamination challenges, Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, helps customers conserve more than 161 billion gallons of water each year.
