This position is part of the North America Pricing & Support team and plays a critical role in supporting Ecolab's distributor network, field sales organization, and cross-functional business partners.\nThe associate will be responsible for managing distributor and sales support requests, resolving inquiries, performing data maintenance and sales corrections, and ensuring accurate execution of distributor finance processes. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, Customer support & excellent stakeholder management skills, Ticketing environment exposure and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work closely with North America business teams while contributing to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDistributor & Sales Support Operations\nManage end-to-end ticket resolution through ServiceNow for distributor and field sales support activities across North America.\nServe as a primary point of contact for distributor partners, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders regarding support-related requests.\nHandle inbound and outbound communications through shared support mailboxes and ticketing systems.\nResolve inquiries related to:Account alignments and maintenance.\nCustomer agreement eligibility.\nSales territory and ownership corrections.\nMissing sales investigations.\nSales split setup and maintenance.\nDistributor disputes and inquiries.\nData corrections and transactional support activities.\n\nEnsure requests are completed accurately, professionally, and within established service level agreements (SLAs).\nBusiness Support & Stakeholder Management\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Division Finance, Distributor Credit, Customer Service, and other Distributor Finance teams.\nAddress escalated issues from distributor partners and internal stakeholders while ensuring timely & effective resolution.\nBuild strong working relationships with North America business partners and maintain a customer-centric approach.\nData Validation & Controls\nPerform sales corrections, reconciliations, and data validations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.\nSupport compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, audit standards, and company policies.\nIdentify process gaps and proactively recommend corrective actions.\nContinuous Improvement & Reporting\nParticipate in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and standardization initiatives.\nGenerate operational reports, business insights, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership review.\nSupport Lean and continuous improvement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer experience.\nKnowledge Management & Process Documentation\nCreate, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), desktop procedures, and process documentation.\nSupport knowledge management activities to drive process consistency and business continuity.\nParticipate in training, cross-training, and capability-building initiatives across the team.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
