support the continued evolution of the Control Tower operating model.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead the daily operations of the expedited service offering, ensuring time-sensitive shipments are planned, executed, monitored, and resolved with urgency\nLead, coach, and develop the team through clear expectations, regular feedback, performance management, and individual development planning\nPartner closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Planning, Warehousing, and Transportation stakeholders to align shipment priorities and service requirements\nServe as the primary leadership escalation point for critical expedited shipments, balancing customer needs, operational feasibility, safety, service, and cost\nDevelop and maintain a high-performing expedited service offering with clear operating standards, service expectations, escalation paths, and stakeholder communications\nDrive accountability through data-driven performance reviews, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and follow-through on recurring service failures\nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators for expedited transportation, including on-time performance, response time, execution quality, cost, and exception trends\nIdentify opportunities to reduce avoidable expedites through cross-functional problem solving, process improvement, and improved visibility to failure drivers\nBuild strong partnerships with North America business stakeholders and communicate risks, decisions, and recovery plans clearly and proactively\nStandardize work, documentation, and team routines to improve consistency, resilience, knowledge sharing, and continuity of service\nSupport technology, analytics, and automation initiatives that improve expedited shipment visibility, prioritization, communication, and decision making\nDevelop scalable leadership and people-development practices\nFoster an inclusive, accountable, and safety-first team culture that demonstrates Ecolab's Leading to Thrive Leadership Model\nParticipate as an active member of the Control Tower leadership team, contributing to strategy, talent development, operational priorities, and change management\nEmbrace new challenges and continuous learnings\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer service operations, warehousing, or a related field\n1+ years of people leadership or transportation management experience\nDemonstrated ability to lead and develop employees in a fast-paced, service-focused environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\nAbility to effectively partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization\nAbility to prioritize competing demands, make timely decisions, and lead through high-urgency operational situations\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with root cause analysis and corrective action planning\nAbility to travel approximately 10% of the time (Preferred)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Transportation, or a related field\nExperience leading expedited transportation, critical shipment, Control Tower, or exception-management operations\nExperience supporting North America transportation or supply chain operations\nExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies\nProject management and change management experience\nExperience using transportation management systems, SAP, reporting tools, or workflow automation\nStrong business acumen with the ability to balance service, cost, safety, and customer
