These costs are covered by CoolIT and are enacted from your first day\nWhat You Will Do:\nDesign, develop, and support automation solutions including software driven systems, PLC controlled equipment, and automated test platforms.\nDevelop and maintain Python based tools and applications to automate workflows, data collection, analysis, and system integration.\nCreate and manage Power BI dashboards and data visualization tools to support performance tracking, decision making, and operational insights.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.\nDevelop and modify SW programs and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for control and monitoring of automated systems.\nLead or support the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of automation equipment and systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, control systems, sensors, and automated equipment.\nMaintain and document automation systems, including software code, electrical schematics, system architecture, and change logs.\nSupport procurement activities by defining technical requirements, evaluating vendors, and ensuring alignment with system design.\nParticipate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime.\nTrain test teams on automated systems and provide ongoing technical support.\nStay current with emerging technologies in automation, software development, data analytics, and industrial controls.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related field. \n3+ years of experience in automation. \nExpertise in Embedded Systems. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with SCADA systems, MES, and industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus). \nBackground in automated testing, motion control, and servo systems. \nExperience working in a high-tech, electronics, or fluid systems manufacturing environment. \nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. \nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system documentation. \nExcellent organizational and communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. \nCapable of managing multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced, evolving production setting. \nSafety-conscious mindset with knowledge of industrial safety and machine safeguarding principles. \nWe thank every candidate in advance, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
