This role requires proven proficiency in the Microsoft BI stack and familiarity with Snowflake and cloud-based data architectures. The ideal candidate will work on complex, cross-functional projects and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across finance and sales teams.\nWhat’s in it For You:\nYou will join a growth company offering a competitive salary and benefits.\nThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth.\nThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives and ideas to achieve our best.\nFeel proud each day to work for a company that provides clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environments.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDesign and develop data visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights and support decision-making.\nContribute to BI dashboard development on cross-functional projects; manage various phases of project lifecycles.\nDefine and adhere to enterprise BI development standards and best practices.\nEngage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting solutions.\nWork with data engineers to support data pipelines and ensure sustainability and performance of reporting solutions.\nOptimize dashboard performance and user experience to maximize adoption and impact.\nContribute to deployment strategies and project-specific delivery plans.\nPromote data-driven decision-making and the adoption of self-service BI tools across divisions and markets.\nProvide input on data governance, reporting strategy, and business insights.\nParticipate in wireframe and dashboard design discussions.\nTechnical Environment\nMicrosoft Power BI and Azure Analysis Services (AAS)\nSnowflake (Cloud Data Warehouse)\nSQL/T-SQL, stored procedures, data modeling\nData warehousing, ETL, and reporting architecture\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field.\n5+ years of experience developing data visualizations and self-service BI dashboards.\n3+ years of SQL programming and experience with data extraction from complex datasets.\nProficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.\nStrong report and visualization design skills aligned with end-user needs.\nStrong data analytical, validation and troubleshooting skills of systems and reports\nAbility to transform complex data into actionable insights.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nUnderstand business questions related to analytics, with the ability to communicate data insights through visually compelling reports.\nExperience interacting with a diverse, global team across multiple business segments; comfortable working with various organizational levels.\nBasic understanding of financial and accounting principles.\nExcellent communication and documentation skills.\nStrong organizational skills, able to successfully manage core responsibilities and balance multiple priorities.\nProven experience translating business requirements into scalable BI artifacts (reports, dashboards, KPIs).\nExperience with BI architecture, data modeling, and ETL development.\nExperience with other data analytics tools such as Python or R.\nExperience in using support tools such as ServiceNow and ADO.\nA trusted partner for millions of customers, Ecolab is a global sustainability leader offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.
