What You Will Do
- Lead business development activities in the Data Center and High Tech segments across Europe.
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic prospects, including hyperscalers and colocation providers.
- Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, water efficiency, and innovation.
- Conduct proactive prospecting: generate qualified leads, visit non-buying customers, and expand Ecolab’s presence in the market.
- Manage a substantial pipeline of opportunities and deliver accurate, timely sales forecasts.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting high-priority opportunities.
- Build strong networks and establish relationships with key decision makers and technical influencers.
- Use your industry knowledge and consultative sales expertise to understand customer needs, identify tailored solutions, and deliver value.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical teams, marketing, operations, supply chain) to secure new business and support complex proposals.
Your Profile
- University degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering or Chemistry preferred).
- 6+ years of successful B2B industrial sales experience (with Data Center or Microelectronics) with a consultative approa ch.
- Strong communication skills and excellent execution capabilities.
- Proactive “can-do” attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
- Ideally, prior experience or knowledge of water treatment or related industrial sectors.

Compensation Range:
The annual total compensation range for this position is 67,000 - 100,500 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.Benefits:
