Our global workforce of over 48,000 employees is consistently delivering comprehensive solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.\nWhat Will You Do:\nDrive new customer acquisition with a hunter approach to expand our market presence in cosmetic industries\n\nManage significant deal volume and target account pipelines\n\nDevelop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting prioritized opportunities\n\nRespond to inbound lead generation, leverage sales experience and skills to close new accounts\n\nLeverage knowledge of UK pharmaceutical industry and sales experience to establish credibility with current and prospective customers, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders\n\nConduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitors\n\nProvide timely and accurate sales forecasts to inform management's strategic decision-making, and to reflect appropriate management of the territory and sales pipeline\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business\n\nActively participate in strategic industry seminars, trade shows and conferences to establish new contacts, generate leads and stay informed about pharmaceutical industry developments\n\nYour profile:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science) or related field\n\n6+ years successful technical sales or outside sales experience utilizing a consultative sales approach\n\nIdeally prior experience working in industrial environments (in Personal Care)\n\nWillingness to travel within UK\n\nStrong interpersonal, intercultural & relationship skills\n\nfluent in English\n\nAnalytical skills combined with an inquisitive nature, strong learning agility, and a proactive hands-on approach\n\nProject management, organizational and planning skills\n\nThe solution is you!
