Project scopes may be driven from both the Plant and Corporate levels\nApplies engineering skill to solve complex problems utilizing knowledge of Ecolab’s processes\nInteract with outside officials to maintain plant regulatory compliance.\nContributes to the design and engineering of a wide variety of processing equipment at the facility while establishing control to ensure continued adherence to safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards.\nProvide input at the design stage of equipment to ensure manufacturability of products when transferred to production or refurbishment. Take into consideration the reliability and maintenance aspect of all new equipment designs and transfers.\nSchedules and coordinates all segments of assigned projects to meet financial, time, and benefit objectives.\nLead and participate in projects to improve new and existing equipment and processes via analytical and technical means.\nThrough value engineering, identify and implement cost savings opportunities on new and existing equipment. \nMaintain all process equipment specifications, bills of materials, software programs, and preventative maintenance content.\nWork with and support cross functional teams and business units in development of new product offerings and process changes.\nDrives culture of safety where associates are engaged in behavior-based safety and 5S initiatives.\nActively leads to innovative applications and extensions of existing or new products, processes, systems or methods having major importance to the business.\nDetermines manpower, cost estimates, and develops Reliability criteria for process and equipment programs.\nWorks with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, R&D Customers, and regulatory agencies to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues.\nReviews design and documentation to ensure compliance with design criteria and standards.\nFacilitates Reliability domain functional processes.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering\n5 years’ directly related engineering experience\nNo immigration sponsorship available for this position\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced degree in an engineering discipline.\n1 year experience with TPM\nDemonstrated knowledge of project management tools and techniques on cross functional teams.\nAbility to guide and train lower level engineers.\nDemonstrated competence in the management of one or more engineering project concurrently, with emphasis on in-depth technical contribution.\nCurrent with technology in his/her discipline.\nAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range\nThe pay range for this position is $101,400.00 - $152,100.00.
