You'll work closely with our clients to strengthen existing partnerships, identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that make a real difference.\nIf you enjoy building long-term relationships, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and delivering exceptional customer outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a trusted partner, you will:\nBuild and nurture strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across Australia\nSupport the growth and retention of strategic national accounts\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the Quick Service Restaurant sector\nDeliver engaging customer training and support programs\nCollaborate and develop cleaning and sanitation solutions that support operational success\nCoordinate new account implementations and product rollouts\nWork closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience\nMonitor account performance and provide valuable insights and recommendations\nSupport pricing strategies and commercial initiatives\nOccasional travel across Australia (1-2 days per month) to strengthen customer partnerships and support business growth\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nWe're looking for someone who thrives on connection, collaboration and creating value for customers.\nYou'll have:\nOutstanding relationship-building and communication skills\nConfidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and board-level audiences\nA collaborative and solutions-focused mindset\nStrong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills\nA genuine passion for helping customers succeed\nThe ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience in Account Management, Business Development or a customer-facing commercial role\nA track record of growing customer relationships and delivering results\nExperience within the Quick Service Restaurant, Food Service or related industry is desirable, but not essential\nA current unrestricted driver's licence\nWhy Ecolab?\nAt Ecolab, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
