The role also supports the preparation of materials for executive management review, coordination of the due diligence process and supporting negotiations.\nThis is a high-visibility position requiring analytical thinking, excellent project management skills, an understanding of M&A concepts, and strong attention to detail.\nWhat You Will Do:\nWork with functional and business teams to develop financial forecasts and proper accounting treatment to incorporate into financial valuation models\nConduct financial statement analysis to evaluate business performance\nSupport and organize transaction due diligence process including request tracking, coordination of internal and external resources, and synthesis of due diligence findings\nConduct research and in-depth analyses of companies, markets, and industries, and assess their attractiveness and strategic fit with Ecolab\nCoordinate Capital Authorization Requests and draft project presentations\nManage ad-hoc strategic and financial analyses and projects as needed\nPosition Details:\nThis position has onsite work expectations in St. Paul, MN\nCandidate must reside within commutable distance of St. Paul, MN\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMBA with 4 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field with 7 years of experience\nProficiency with Microsoft Office to create both complex financial models and executive-level presentations\nBusiness acumen and understanding of the linkage between business strategy and financial performance\nImmigration sponsorship not available for this role\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCFA or CPA\nCorporate development, strategic planning, consulting, finance, private equity and/or investment banking\nExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills\nStrong analytical and organization skills, high attention to detail, the ability to work independently\nAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range\nThe base salary range for this position is $107,600.00 - $161,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
