requests.\nWhat You’ll Do\nIn this role, you will:\nProvide friendly, efficient and professional phone-based customer service to Ecolab customers\nProcess manual orders with accuracy and attention to detail\nTrack and follow up customer deliveries, ensuring orders arrive on time\nLiaise with internal teams (logistics, sales, service) to resolve customer queries\nMaintain accurate customer records and uphold Ecolab’s service standards\nSupport general administration and workflow improvements as needed\nWhat You Bring\nTo thrive in this role, you will have:\nPrevious experience in a phone-based customer service environment (essential)\nStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly\nHigh attention to detail and confidence in processing orders or data\nAbility to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting\nA positive, customer-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile\nExperience in order management or logistics is highly regarded
