By partnering closely with global stakeholders, the Data Analyst helps identify opportunities to accelerate sales velocity, improve decision-making, and drive measurable business impact across the enterprise.\nWhat’s in it For You:\nYou will join a growth company offering a competitive salary and benefits.\nThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth.\nThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives and ideas to achieve our best.\nFeel proud each day to work for a company that provides clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environments.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupport the Enterprise Growth Enablement and Enterprise Solutions teams by delivering analytics and insights that directly improve Sales Velocity:\nIncrease qualified opportunities\nEnable larger deal value\nImprove win rates\nReduce sales cycle time\nAnalyze sales pipeline, deal progression, win/loss performance, and cycle times to identify trends, patterns, and potential drivers of business performance\nDevelop and maintain standard and ad hoc reporting related to pipeline health, deal size, conversion rates, and time-in-stage metrics\nPartner with the Growth Enablement Manager and Enterprise Solutions account teams to be the data scientist translating business needs into helpful analytics and insights to influence business decisions\nAssist in tracking and reporting key growth metrics such as pipeline value, Total Value Delivered (TVD), and revenue impact\nDocument business use cases, data definitions, and reporting logic to ensure repeatability and governance\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending data-driven improvements\nValidate analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of insights\nPerform structured data validation and reconciliation across CRM sources and reporting outputs to ensure consistency of key metrics (pipeline, revenue)\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field\n4+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Sales Analyst, or Data Analyst role\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to work independently on structured and unstructured data\nExperience with Excel and data analysis tools; exposure to BI or analytics platforms is preferred\nUnderstanding of sales processes, pipeline management, or revenue operations concepts\nAbility to clearly communicate insights to global stakeholders across time zones\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and governance\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, global, offshore delivery model\nWorking understanding of data flow across source systems, transformation layers, and reporting tools\nA trusted partner for millions of customers, Ecolab is a global sustainability leader offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.
