Use/apply Safety Instructions, regular trainings, and dedicated safety tools\nPerform “Be safe” assessments. \nEnsure PPE package is ready to be used \nComplete safety observations, SOS training, commentary drive, near misses and accidents reporting, use VRM. \nBe source of proposals on own safety and on the safety of the customers sites. \n2. Retain to Win (RtW) to deliver top line targets\nDeliver service in alignment with customers contracts (Both Local customers and CA)\nExecute contract commitments. \nExecute SLA. \nAchieve the standard TVC KPI \nReport all activities in the Hub in alignment with AM, CM and BDM/CAM guidelines \nBe proactive on new opportunities identification (grow) during his/her service activities. \nExecute key RTW actions to retain the existing business\nCorrective action plan to realign to contract commitments & customers’ expectations. \nReport all activities in the Hub in alignment with AM and CAM guidelines \n3. Manage margin to deliver the gross profit plan\nExecution of GMI activities (product mix) (Local customers and CA).\nImplement decision on preferential products we want to offer (Core Range). \nTurn the mix progressively into the core range. \n4. Deliver VALUE to meet customers contract requirements.\nTVC - “TCO + VAS”\nProvide all types of services, trainings, and professional consultancy on technical issues (products, equipment, application, cleaning process, food safety, TCO, safety) to deliver Value to Customer. TVC aligned with customer contract requirement and/or division targets for customers. \nReport all the TVC value actions in the HUB. Achieve the TVC Targets & Service compliance targets in the Hub. \nFood Safety\nDeliver all elements of our Food Safety Package to customers based on our contract commitment and customers’ expectations (with support of the TET-food safety group). \nImplement and use digital tools to support the TVC for customers (with the support of the TET digital group & Engineering) \nMaintain and train our customers on digital tools. \n5. Reinforce Innovation\nField testing\nPerform, and report field tests of innovations. \n6. Administrative tasks\nInternal reporting tasks\nTVC activities / safety activities (see above in the different blocks)\nExternal reporting tasks\nService and value activities report to customers\nExpense\nMonthly and travel expense reporting. \n\nKey Skills\nInterpersonal\nCustomer focus.
