Employees can choose from a selection of medicals plans, along with dental and vision coverage, with premiums shared between the employer and employee.\n Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance: Employee-paid Life and Accidental & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage\n Disability Coverage: Employer-paid premiums for Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage.\n 401(k) Retirement Plan: 2% employer-sponsored contribution.\nPaid Time Off: Three weeks of paid time off, six flex days, plus a one-week company-wide holiday shutdown.\nProfessional Development: $1,000 annually to support professional development and continued learning.\nWork Environment: “Dress for Your Day” in a casual, professional workplace environment.\nRemote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nPerform on-site and/or support remote installations of CoolIT products. \nConduct preventative and corrective maintenance on direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems. \nRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings where required. \nProvide technical support to ASP or End-User on-site technicians, including those managing Tier 3 and 4 data centers. \nOffer Plumbing and HVAC consultation to internal teams (e.g., Lab Technicians, Engineers, Product Managers, Sales, Production). \nDevelop subject matter expertise in CoolIT’s product portfolio. \nDeliver training to customers, service technicians, and internal staff (in-person or remotely). \nFollow established service processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues, coordinating with Authorized Service Providers as needed. \nEnsure compliance with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations. \nComplete accurate service documentation, including reports and system testing records. \nCoordinate and dispatch field service visits with end-users and Authorized Service Providers. \nPosition Details\nAble to travel up to 65% internationally (subject to restrictions).\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience in a Service Specialist or equivalent technical role that has a solid understanding of project workflows and can manage aspects of projects. \nStrong knowledge and understanding of Technical Cooling System Loops including various loop configurations. \nMission-critical environment experience is required. \nProficient with various pipe materials and joining methods: plastic fusion, Victualic piping and corresponding clamping and torquing requirements. \nSkilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); able to document work according to established processes. \nProfessional communication skills-verbal and written (English). \nMust hold a valid driver’s license with a clear abstract and a valid passport (eligible for international travel and security checks). \nPhysical Requirements of Position\nCapable of frequent heavy lifting (up to 150 lbs between two people) and working remotely in a suitable home setup.\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong communication and presentation skills, particularly for training delivery and customer interaction. \nRed Seal/Journeyman Certification in pipe trades (Plumbing, HVAC, Steam Fitting etc.) with solid expertise in hydronics preferred. \nMechanical/Electrical background with ability to understand control systems integration and an interest in high-level programming logic. \nExperience in various software platforms for FSM and others (e.g.: NetSuite, SAP, etc.) \nMechanically inclined with hands-on technical ability. \nHighly adaptable to shifting priorities in fast-paced environments. \nStrong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. \nEffective in both independent work and remote/virtual troubleshooting scenarios. \nTakes ownership and pride in work; committed to high standards of service and professionalism. \nWe thank every candidate in advance; however, we will contact only those selected for an interview.
