solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine the product strategy and roadmap for UPW process solutions.\nIdentify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging UPW technologies.\nTranslate customer and market requirements into product and process specifications.\nDrive the development, validation, launch, and continuous improvement of UPW solutions.\nWork with customers to understand their UPW processes, challenges, and quality requirements.\nEvaluate and develop technologies for UPW production, treatment, storage, and distribution.\nMonitor market trends, competitors, regulations, and new technologies.\nSupport sales with technical information, product training, and customer opportunities.\nDevelop business cases, value propositions, and pricing recommendations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability, water quality, and operating costs.\nSupport digitalization, process monitoring, automation, and optimization initiatives.\nManage the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, improvement, and end-of-life.\nTechnical Knowledge\nUltra-Pure Water production and distribution\nWater chemistry and UPW quality requirements\nProcess design and optimization\nMaterials and contamination control\nProcess monitoring and automation\nEnergy and water efficiency\nSemiconductor and other high-purity applications\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.\n5-10 years of experience in water treatment, UPW, process engineering, product management, or a related field.\nStrong understanding of UPW processes and water chemistry.\nExperience with technical B2B products and industrial customers.\nStrong analytical, communication, and commercial skills.\nExperience working with international, cross-functional teams.\nWillingness to travel as
