The Intercompany Accounting Analyst is responsible for end-to-end processing of intercompany invoices in SAP, including both PO-based and non-PO-based transactions & Global reporting. This requires expertise in Excel & SAP T-codes for invoice posting and reversals ensuring accuracy and comply with DTP, policies, procedures and deadlines.\nWhat’s in it For You:\nYou will join a growth company offering a competitive salary and benefits.\nThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth.\nThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives and ideas to achieve our best.\nFeel proud each day to work for a company that provides clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environments.\nWhat You Will Do:\nPost intercompany invoices and journal entries in SAP for cross-company transactions.\nEnsure accurate coding and documentation of invoices in compliance with internal policies.\nMonitor and resolve pending invoice requests and discrepancies.\nUpdate various reports with current month-end information\nManage ERP and technologies tools like SAP, Service now, OnBase, & HFM tool etc.\nRespond to queries related to invoice status, reversals, and payment purpose codes.\nUnderstand and apply Withholding Tax rules relevant to intercompany transactions.\nTake full and proactive ownership of issues and queries.\nEnsure correct selection and usage of Intercompany GL accounts during invoice posting to reflect accurate financial reporting.\nMaintain fluid communication with stakeholders and other GBS+ teams.\nCollaborate with Team Leads and Senior analysts in the planning, development, and implementation of projects.\nSupport Team Leads in preparation of trainings and in the detection of training opportunities.\nAssist and train Junior Analysts in their daily work\nBasic knowledge of how mismatches occur between two entities' books.\nElimination process at month-ends complying with SOX 801.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nDegree in Accounting or Finance and two to four years’ experience.\nAdvanced English level (oral and writing).\nProficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other Microsoft tools.\nStrong command over all SAP T-codes used in Accounts Payable, especially for invoice processing, reversals, etc.\nKnowledge of Blackline, Oracle and Power BI will be a plus.\nSkills:\nAbility to meet month-end close and other timeline\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nGood interpersonal skills - attention to detail\nTeam-focused, results oriented\nAbility to work with deadlines, under pressure with a track record of delivery.\nFlexible and Open for All RTR IC work\nA trusted partner for millions of customers, Ecolab is a global sustainability leader offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.
