This role involves collaborating across support teams to troubleshoot issues, gather insights, and maintain knowledge articles, all with the goal of delivering an outstanding executive support experience.\nLocation:\nSt. Paul, MN\nWhat you will do:\nProvide client support including software troubleshooting, hardware break/fix, installations, and in-person or remote assistance\nSupport audio, video, and conferencing technologies for meetings and events\nDevelop processes and knowledge base (KB) articles for common issue resolution\nPerform root-cause analysis and coordinate with support teams to implement corrective actions\nSupport executive meetings, both on-site and off-site, including AV setup and troubleshooting\nBe ready to support executives and their staff\nConduct site evaluations and risk assessments for executive and board meetings\nSupport Windows, Mac OS, mobile operating systems, and general IT-related issues\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in technical field , or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of equivalent experience\n4 years of experience\n1 year of experience in a technical support role\nExperience with audio/visual technology (hardware and software)\nExperience supporting Windows, Mac OS, and mobile operating systems\nExperience supporting Office 365 and similar business applications\nExperience with ticketing systems and adhering to SLAs and OLAs\nStrong customer service skills with a proactive mindset\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends\nWillingness to travel and work off-site\n· Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting C-suite executives\nExperience leading or mentoring a technical team\nAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure\nCollaborative, team-oriented mindset\nAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range\nThe pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00.
