markets.\nA regional role with international exposure through customer meetings, industry events, and cross-functional collaboration.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage and grow existing key accounts across the APAC region, supporting customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.\nIdentify new business opportunities and lead the development of strategic relationships with prospective customers.\nPartner with technical and engineering teams to develop and present liquid cooling solutions aligned with customer requirements.\nPrepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.\nProvide accurate sales forecasts and maintain complete, current customer and opportunity records in the CRM system.\nRepresent CoolIT at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across APAC.\nMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to support informed business decisions.\nCollaborate with marketing, product, operations, and other internal teams to support regional strategies and customer onboarding.\nPosition Details\nLocation: Taiwan.\nRegional scope: Asia-Pacific\nTravel: Up to 20% international travel.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of account management, sales, or business development experience.\nDemonstrated experience managing enterprise or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) accounts in the APAC region.\nAbility to travel across the APAC region as required.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nTechnical background or experience in the data center, IT hardware, thermal management, or liquid cooling industries.\nUnderstanding of data center technologies and cooling systems.\nProficiency in Mandarin
