As a Logistics Associate I, you’ll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You’ll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You’ll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact:\nPick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets\n\nStage and label completed orders accurately for shipment\n\nOperate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts\n\nVerify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records\n\nInspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues\n\nCoordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment\n\nAssemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction\n\nLoad trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments\n\nIdentify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead\n\nMaintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles\n\nSupport inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts\n\nEnsure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines\n\nFollow all warehouse safety procedures and policies\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations\n\nPosition Details:\nPlant Location: Grapevine, TX\n\nWork Week & Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday (2pm - 10pm).
