We help customers across various industries protect people and vital resources while supporting operational efficiency and sustainability.\nWe are currently looking for a motivated Procurement & Logistics Intern to join our Logistics team.\nWhat You Will Do\nProcurement Support\nAssist in purchase order administration and order tracking.\nMonitor delivery schedules.\nContribute to reporting and data analysis activities related to procurement processes. \nLogistics Support\nSupport the coordination of domestic shipments.\nAssist in the preparation and management of shipping documentation.\nMonitor inventory availability and material movements.\nCollaborate with warehouses, carriers and logistics partners to ensure efficient operations.\nSupport logistics reporting and process improvement initiatives.\nWhat You Will Learn\nThroughout the internship, you will gain exposure to key Supply Chain processes and develop practical skills in:\nProcurement and Supply Chain processes within a multinational company.\nSupplier and logistics partner coordination.\nInternational trade, transportation and import/export fundamentals.\nERP systems and supply chain management tools.\nCross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and international environment.\nData analysis and operational performance monitoring.\nMinimum Qualifications\nInterest in Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.\nFluent in Italian and English (B2)\nStrong communication skills and willingness to work in a dynamic international environment.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nProactive attitude and eagerness to learn.\nCompensation Range\nThe monthly compensation for this position is 1,000 EUR.\nAbout Ecolab\nAt Ecolab, we prioritize our talent-first philosophy by creating the most capable and diverse team to excel at our nearly three million customer sites.
