Your leadership and technical expertise will be crucial in contributing to our scalable computer cooling solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nDrive cross-functional collaboration to develop and align manufacturing test strategies that meet product, process, and business objectives. \nPartner with Design Engineering and Product Development to ensure test requirements are integrated early in the design phase and evolve alongside product changes. \nCollaborate with Manufacturing and Operations teams to ensure test systems and methods are optimized for scalability, efficiency, and repeatability. \nEngage with Quality Assurance to establish clear feedback loops between test data and quality performance metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making. \nCoordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to align on test equipment standards, supplier capabilities, and maintenance support strategies. \nFoster collaboration across global or multi-site teams, ensuring consistent test practices and knowledge sharing across facilities. \nChampion a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement, leading collaborative reviews of test yield, reliability trends, and equipment performance. \nOversee the performance management and development of test engineers and technicians, including goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing and engaged team. \nPartner with production and planning teams to ensure test readiness aligns with production schedules, supporting on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. \nCollaborate with automation and software teams to drive integration between test systems, data collection tools, and manufacturing execution systems (MES). \nDevelop and monitor KPIs that measure test process performance, team productivity, and contribution to operational and quality goals. \nWork closely with regulatory and compliance partners to maintain adherence to relevant industry standards and certifications. \nPromote proactive communication across departments to anticipate test challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure readiness to meet customer delivery timelines. \nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.\nExperience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test fixture design.\nKnowledge of quality management systems and processes (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is desirable.\nMaster's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Preferred).\nSkills:\nProficiency in programming languages such as LabVIEW, Python, or C/C++.\nExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.\nAbilities:\nProven ability to develop and implement manufacturing test strategies.\nCapacity to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.\nAptitude for overseeing the design and deployment of test systems.\nDemonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing test processes.\nCapability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nWHY COOLIT?\nWe strive to be an employer of choice and as such we believe in rewarding our employees with career and development opportunities that will maintain and strengthen our culture while aligning our vision and values.\nBenefits\nWe are a company that is full of vibrant, innovative people who love what we do.
