This role serves as a key liaison between Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to maintain material traceability, reduce inventory aging, and support ongoing operational excellence.\nWhat’s in it For You\nDay 1 Coverage: Employer-paid comprehensive benefits, including dental, prescription drug, vision, paramedical coverage, and a $1,000 annual Flexible Spending Account.\nRRSP: 2% employer-sponsored contribution.\nEnjoy three weeks of vacation, six flex days, and a one-week paid company-wide holiday shutdown.\n$1,000 annual professional development allowance to support your ongoing learning, skill development, and career growth.\nDress for your day in a casual, professional environment.\nWork in a collaborative and growing manufacturing organization supporting some of the world's leading technology companies.\nWhat You Will Do\nCoordinate the complete lifecycle of non-conforming materials from identification through final disposition.\nMonitor MRB inventory aging and proactively drive timely resolution of outstanding material dispositions.\nCollaborate with Quality, Supplier Quality Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient handling of non-conforming materials.\nEnsure rejected material is properly quarantined and inventory records accurately reflect physical inventory.\nExecute inventory transactions and maintain accurate material records within NetSuite and quality management systems.\nPerform periodic audits and inventory reconciliations of quarantined material.\nExecute approved MRB dispositions, including scrap, return-to-vendor, rework/repair, and use-as-is transactions.\nCoordinate return shipments, vendor credits, and scrap activities while ensuring complete documentation and traceability.\nPrepare and maintain reporting on MRB aging, inventory value, disposition turnaround times, and process performance.\nIdentify process bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives that improve material flow and reduce non-conforming inventory.\nPosition Details\nFull-time position based in Calgary, Alberta.\nPrimarily onsite role supporting manufacturing operations.\nOccasional schedule flexibility and overtime may be required based on production and business needs.\nMinimum Qualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or a related environment.\nExperience working with ERP systems and inventory transaction management.\nExperience with quality management systems and non-conformance processes.\nExperience coordinating activities across multiple departments and stakeholders.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nPhysical Requirements of Position\nPosition requires frequent lifting, handling, standing, hearing, talking, and near-vision activities.\nPosition requires occasional walking, sitting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, crouching, stooping, and kneeling.\nAbility to work within a manufacturing and warehouse environment.\nAbility to safely move and manage materials within designated inventory and quarantine areas.\nAbility to exert up to 20 kg (44 lbs.) occasionally, up to 10 kg (22 lbs.) frequently, and up to 5 kg (11 lbs.) constantly.\nThis role operates in a manufacturing environment and may require occasional exposure to production floor conditions, noise, moving mechanical equipment, dust, and changing environmental conditions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Material Review Board (MRB) processes and management of non-conforming materials.\nExperience with NetSuite ERP.\nExperience with quality management systems such as SolveIT.\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.\nPrevious experience in a lead, coordinator, or supervisory capacity.\nExperience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to driving results.\nWe thank every candidate in advance; however, we will contact only those selected for an interview.
