Based in Calgary and reporting to the Product department, this role oversees project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics for advanced liquid cooling solutions, including CDUs and PCLs. Working with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and production, the successful candidate will drive project delivery, team development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced technology environment.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise and coach Junior and Intermediate NPI Project Managers\nDevelop and improve NPI Project Management processes\nServe as a single point of contact for Value Stream Leaders on project status and risks\nLead and manage projects removing any roadblocks that get in the way of execution\nCollaborate with cross-functional product development teams and ensure best practices are followed\nSupport company continuous improvement projects as needed\nMeasure and report project status using appropriate tools, techniques and metrics\nUse appropriate change management processes in order to minimize and report changes in project scope, schedule, and costs\nHold regular meetings to ensure team members communicate effectively and ensure that all program risks are identified and managed in a timely fashion\nCommunicate project status to management and other stakeholders via presentations and project tracking tools\nMay require weekly calls with project teams in the APAC region\nWHO YOU ARE:\nBasic Qualifications:\nExperience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects related to electromechanical designs.\nExperience managing continuous improvement projects in an NPI and Lean Manufacturing environment.\nProficiency with: \nPLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems\nProject Management tools (especially ClickUp)\nERP systems (especially NetSuite or Oracle)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience managing software and firmware development projects.\nExperience with GitHub.\nExperience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).\nExperience using AI tools for Project Management.\nStrong interest in and passion for emerging technologies.\nSkills:\nSelf-motivated with a strong desire to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to contribute to and thrive in a highly collaborative team culture.\nPositive, solution-oriented mindset with a belief that challenges can be overcome.\nDemonstrates high ethical standards and professionalism.\nAdaptable and eager to embrace new technologies and processes.\nWHY COOLIT?\nWe strive to be an employer of choice and as such we believe in rewarding our employees with career and development opportunities that will maintain and strengthen our culture while aligning to our vision and values.\nBenefits\nWe are a company that is full of vibrant, innovative people who love what we do.
