In addition, the Senior Auditor has lead auditor responsibilities on assigned engagements.\nWhat’s in it For You:\nDemonstrating deep understanding of audit concepts and risk assessment methodologies, including ability to identify and evaluate risks across a diverse and global business model\nLeading internal audit projects - identify risks, perform audit planning and scoping, execute and document business processes, including conducting walkthroughs, report and present findings including making recommendations on how to improve processes and better mitigate risk\nLeading, managing and developing the less experienced auditors, including supporting them with on-the-job training and coaching\nCommunicating professionally and effectively, both verbally and written, with management, team members, and auditees (e.g. country, division, and department leaders, which often includes executive leadership)\nSupporting the training and development of team members through effective coaching and mentoring\nEngaging with your manager to understand and address feedback on work products and incorporating guidance into future performance\nCollecting and interpreting data, identifying patterns and trends in data sets and analyzing and reporting results to management and other key stakeholders\nHaving a strong focus on developing a reputation as a trusted resource by continuously updating your understanding of current business and industry trends\nSupporting continuous improvement of the audit practice through learning and development opportunities including obtaining CPE hours, supporting department initiatives and other stretch projects.\nWhat You Will Do:\nCoordinating pre-audit planning\nPerforming engagement risk assessment\nEffective/timely communication with the auditee and business partners\nEffective/timely engagement with Audit Manager, keeping them informed of audit issues and project status\nProviding leadership during fieldwork\nUnderstanding all audit issues\nEnsuring adequate findings documentation\nEnsuring timely completion of all audit process deliverables, including work-papers, audit reports, and staff feedback\nReviewing all audit team work-papers before submission to Audit Manager\nWriting effective field audit findings and final audit reports\nSupervising, coaching, and evaluating staff auditors\nIdentifying ways to effectively utilize computer-assisted auditing tools including ACL and data analytics\nPerforming high-risk, high-exposure special assignments as requested\nLeadership role for the quarterly Disclosure Review Process\nContinuous learning of relevant business trends and issues and willingness to participate in IIA or other professional business networking opportunities\nParticipate in at least 20 hours of Continuing Professional Education(CPE) each calendar year (or 40 hours if CPA or CIA)\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university\n4 years of auditing experience in either public accounting and/or internal auditing\n25% domestic and international travel annually as required (generally for 2 weeks at a time), to diverse locations\nImmigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCPA, MBA and/or CIA\nSpanish or Asian language skills\nEffective problem solving and decision making\nStrong oral and written communication\nPlanning and organizational efficiency\nHighly self-directed and self-motivated\nIdeal team player skills, including humility and good judgement in working with others\nAbility to multi-task and remain flexible\nAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range\nThe pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00.
