4 days in office. \nSupport a rapidly evolving business serving the high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and data center markets.\nHelp build practical legal processes, templates, and technology-enabled workflows that support scalable growth.\nJoin a collaborative environment where initiative, sound judgment, and continuous improvement are valued.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport the Associate General Counsel with commercial contracting and other legal matters for CoolIT and the Global High-Tech and Data Center business.\nReview, draft, and propose edits to commercial agreements, including confidentiality, master purchase and service, supply, lease, maintenance, service-level, distribution, and letter-of-intent agreements, within established guidelines and escalation protocols.\nCoordinate the contract lifecycle from intake through review, negotiation, approval, signature, filing, renewal, and reporting.\nPartner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Insurance, Research and Development, and other stakeholders to gather information, track open items, and move agreements forward efficiently.\nMaintain contract records, trackers, templates, playbooks, and approval documentation, and prepare reports on contract status, key terms, obligations, renewals, and legal support activity.\nHelp design, document, and implement contract review, negotiation, and approval procedures, including standard forms, clause libraries, checklists, and self-service legal resources.\nSupport stakeholder training on contracting processes, contract provisions, negotiation practices, and legal policies.\nConduct legal and business research and summarize findings clearly and accurately for counsel and business stakeholders.\nCoordinate with Ecolab legal specialists, internal partners, outside counsel, and external service providers on compliance, litigation, intellectual property, risk management, matter documentation, invoices, deadlines, and follow-up activities, as directed by counsel.\nAssist with corporate records, due diligence, integration activities, claims, internal reviews, legal workflow improvements, and other special projects while handling confidential information with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.\nMinimum Qualifications\nPost-secondary diploma or degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, business administration, or a related field.\nThree or more years of experience as a paralegal, contracts specialist, contract administrator, or legal professional, including meaningful exposure to commercial transactions.\nExperience reviewing, drafting, or administering commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements.\nExperience conducting legal research and managing documents, deadlines, and projects.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn contract management and other legal technology platforms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nRecognized Paralegal Certificate.\nExperience supporting an in-house legal department or a global, matrixed organization.\nExperience in technology, industrial products, manufacturing, engineering, data centers, or a related business-to-business environment.\nFamiliarity with supply, service, distribution, maintenance, and technology-related commercial agreements.\nExposure to data usage, cybersecurity, insurance, intellectual property, or compliance matters.\nExperience improving contract processes or using contract lifecycle management, automation, or AI-enabled legal tools.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, proofreading, and document-drafting skills.\nStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the judgment to identify risks and escalate issues appropriately.\nExceptional attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.\nAbility to summarize complex information and material contract terms clearly and accurately.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions, geographies, and organizational levels.\nProactive, service-oriented approach and the ability to respond with appropriate urgency in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh integrity, discretion, professionalism, and respect for confidential information.\nWe thank every candidate in advance; however, we will contact only those selected for an interview.
