In this role, you will provide technical expertise and support for process-related topics, helping ensure optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of ultra-pure water (UPW) systems. You will work closely with engineers, technicians, and innovation teams to maintain high standards of water quality and operational efficiency while contributing to solutions that support one of the world’s most critical resources: water.\nWhat’s in it For You\nWork with advanced ultra-pure water treatment technologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, automation, commissioning, and innovation.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system performance and reliability.\nSupport the development and implementation of new technologies and process enhancements.\nExpand your technical expertise through troubleshooting, process optimization, and project support activities.\nWhat You Will Do\nAnalyze and improve ultra-pure water processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and compliance with quality standards.\nProvide advanced technical support for process-related issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nPrepare, maintain, and update process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nDevelop and maintain process specifications, P&IDs, mass balances, sequences of operation, and functional logic for water treatment systems.\nPartner with automation, commissioning, and innovation teams on system upgrades, modifications, and new technology implementation.\nProvide technical support to sales and procurement teams as needed.\nSupport Operations & Maintenance engineers and technicians through process-related training and knowledge sharing.\nPerform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.\nComplete additional duties as assigned.\nPosition Details\nTravel required on a case-by-case basis to support projects, troubleshooting activities, or training at other sites.\nonsite at a customer account in Chandler, AZ\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related qualified training from an accredited university, plus up to three (3) years of related experience; and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nProficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.\nAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range:\nThe pay range for this role is $100,000-$125,000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits\nEcolab provides the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, auto insurance, home insurance, pet insurance, identity theft protection, short-term and long-term disability, 401k, pension plans, retirement health care benefits, short-term incentives, vacation (12 days), holidays, parental leave, employee stock purchase plans (Full-Time Associates), discount on day care services and caregiver services, adoption assistance, group legal services, employee assistance program, employee discount program, and education assistance program, on-Site childcare and fitness facilities may be available at select Ecolab locations.
