Our team delivers comprehensive solutions, data-driven insights and personalized service to advance food safety, maintain clean and safe environments, optimize water and energy use, and improve operational efficiencies and sustainability for customers in the food, healthcare, hospitality and industrial markets.\nWhen you come to work at Ecolab, you get to take on some of the world’s most meaningful challenges and can have the opportunity to learn and grow, shape your career, make an impact and quickly see the importance of your work.\nWe are looking for a Process Operator to join our team at Andover.\nLocation - Andover Warehouse\nWorking Shifts - Monday to Thursday from 8:00-17:00 and Fridays 8:00-13:00\nWhat will you do:\nAssemble components and sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and SOPs.\nSupport filling, labelling, packing, and inspection activities using a combination of automated and manual process steps.\nComplete production records accurately and maintain compliance with procedures and documentation requirements.\nIdentify, escalate, and support the resolution of product quality, manufacturing, assembly, or electrical issues to improve product quality and production efficiency.\nManufacture chemical indicators in accordance with approved procedures, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve product or process issues.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute ideas to improve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.\nMaintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organised condition in line with Health & Safety and 5S standards.\nWork collaboratively with plant teams to achieve production targets and business objectives.\n Adhere to company quality policies, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing procedures.\nBehavioural Attributes:\nSafety First Mindset: Demonstrates a proactive approach to health and safety, following all procedures and actively identifying and addressing potential risks.
