The successful candidate will report tothe Production Manager, working closely with the whole manufacturing team and will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise and lead a team of production line staff.\nEnsure adherence to production schedules and output targets.\nOversee the operation of specialized machinery and automated equipment.\nMonitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.\nConduct quality inspections and enforce quality control standards.\nProvide training and mentorship to team members.\nMaintain detailed production records and performance metrics.\nImplement and enforce safety protocols and compliance.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations\nWHO YOU ARE:\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing, Quality Control, Management, Operations (preferred). \nMinimum five (5) years prior manufacturing and three (3) years prior people supervisory experience. Experience with electro/mechanical manufacturing preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills.\nProficiency in operating and troubleshooting technical manufacturing equipment.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.\nBasic computer skills for data entry and reporting.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.\nMechanical aptitude/comprehension. \nCapability to lift up-to 50 lbs as needed.\nAdditional Information:\nShifts: Currently Monday-Friday 3:00pm- 11:30pm.
