As a member of the Program Group, you would be accountable for the planning, development and launch of numerous new product introductions (NPI’s) for major datacenter OEM clients.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn end-to-end leadership of multiple complex and high-visibility NPI programs, ensuring delivery aligned with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.\nAct as the primary program leader and escalation point for critical customer programs and strategic initiatives.\nLead and influence global cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales) to drive alignment and execution across regions\nDrive adherence and continuous improvement of CoolIT’s Product Development Process, introducing best practices where needed.\nPartner closely with key customers and global business teams to shape program direction, support RFP/RFQ responses, and align on expectations.\nWork closely with global Business Development and Account Managers to respond to customer RFPs and RFQs.\nDevelop and manage complex program plans, including integrated schedules, resource planning, risk mitigation strategies, and financial tracking.\nProactively identify program risks and systemic issues and lead cross-functional resolution strategies with executive visibility when required.\nEstablish clear program governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics across multiple concurrent projects.\nManage stakeholder interactions and expectations, facilitate effective communication, and maintain alignment throughout the NPI process.\nProvide clear, executive-level program reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.\nMentor and guide junior Program Managers to elevate overall team capability and execution quality.\nFacilitate customer and internal governance meetings to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability across\nGlobal travel required up to 10-20%.\nBasic Qualifications\nEngineering degree, preferably in an electromechanical discipline\n8-10+ years of experience in a product development role or program management within\nDemonstrated track record of leading large-scale, complex NPI programs in a global, matrixed organization.\nExtensive experience managing Tier-1 / hyperscale / multinational customers, including high expectations and tight timelines.\nExperience working with critical and demanding customers from large multinational organizations to provide timely updates and manage expectations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with, influence and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both internally and with customers.\nStrong ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, driving decisions that impact business outcomes.\nExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and customers.\nProven capability in managing program financials, including budget control, cost tracking, and trade-off decisions.\nAdvanced risk management and problem-solving skills, with a structured and proactive approach.\nStrong leadership presence with the ability to align diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability.\nStrong cross-functional leader that takes a collaborative approach to tackle projects and overcome roadblocks.\nAbility to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously with competing priorities.\nHigh sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability for results\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in project management is desirable and PMP designation is considered an asset\nExperience with data center thermal management, liquid cooling, or high-performance computing systems is highly preferred.\nWHY COOLIT?\nWe strive to be an employer of choice and as such we believe in rewarding our employees with career and development opportunities that will maintain and strengthen our culture while aligning to our vision and values.\nWe thank every candidate in advance, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
