In this role you will report into the Product department and facilitate the execution of key internal and external development projects. Projects may include the development of our more complex Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs) and Passive Coolant Loops (PCLs), and larger continuous improvement projects. This role sets project execution standards, mentors other Project Managers, and ensures project outcomes drive business value and competitive advantage. This is a great opportunity for highly skilled Project Managers with experience in the Advanced Technology sector.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n Lead large, complex NPI and strategic improvement projects, driving alignment with business objectives and technical innovation. \nDefine project scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resource plans with minimal oversight, ensuring cross-functional accountability. \nAnticipate and mitigate execution risks across engineering, manufacturing, test, and supply chain functions. \nMentor and support Project Managers in applying best practices, risk management, and communication strategies. \nDrive performance through advanced use of project tools (e.g., MS Project, ClickUp), custom dashboards, and KPI tracking. \nApply structured change management processes to maintain project control and stakeholder trust. \nLead regular program reviews and executive briefings, escalating issues proactively with data-driven insights. \nFacilitate strategic coordination with global teams, including APAC, to support seamless handoffs and resource alignment. \nChampion continuous improvement by standardizing lessons learned and embedding them into future project planning. \nWHO YOU ARE:\nBasic Qualifications:\n10+ years of experience managing hardware-based NPI projects, including team leadership across engineering disciplines. \nProven track record of launching complex electromechanical systems in fast-paced manufacturing environments. \nAdvanced skills in stakeholder management, resource negotiation, and cross-functional alignment. \nStrong command of PLM (e.g., Arena), ERP (e.g., NetSuite), project tools (e.g., MS Project, ClickUp), and data visualization for reporting. \nExperience mentoring other PMs and influencing project governance and process maturity across an organization. \nKnowledge of software/firmware development coordination, GitHub, and MES tools is an asset. \nPMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred. \nOwn the definition, planning, and execution of project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets for complex, cross-functional initiatives. \nLead and align multidisciplinary teams-including mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, test, supply chain, and production-to ensure seamless project delivery. \nDrive proactive risk management, quality assurance, and KPI tracking to achieve project objectives related to schedule, cost, and performance. \nApply sound project governance to control scope changes and maintain alignment with business and customer goals. \nAct as a central point of accountability for communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment across the full project lifecycle.\nWHY COOLIT?\nWe strive to be an employer of choice and as such we believe in rewarding our employees with career and development opportunities that will maintain and strengthen our culture while aligning to our vision and values.\nWe are a company that is full of vibrant, innovative people who love what we do.
