Reporting to the Senior Real Estate Manager, this role will support the execution of real estate strategies for Ecolab’s leased and owned property portfolio. The Real Estate Analyst will partner closely with business units, Legal, Finance, and external real estate partners to facilitate timely real estate decisions, coordinate critical lease documentation, and maintain accurate portfolio records. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple real estate transactions and priorities.\nWhat’s in it For You:\nOpportunity to support a diverse and dynamic real estate portfolio across the Americas.\nExposure to cross-functional collaboration with business leaders, Legal, Finance, and external real estate professionals.\nAbility to contribute to strategic real estate decisions that drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.\nChallenging analytical work with opportunities to develop expertise in lease administration, financial analysis, and portfolio management.\nCollaborative team environment that values innovation, accuracy, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You Will Do:\nMonitor leased and owned property portfolios to ensure compliance with lease obligations and track critical dates using CoStar and other real estate management tools.\nCoordinate with internal portfolio teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely responses to lease expirations, renewals, and other critical lease events.\nCommunicate with global site contacts to align on real estate decisions and actions required prior to key lease milestones.\nCoordinate contract reviews, approvals, and execution processes with Legal, Finance, business units, and external real estate partners.\nManage day-to-day real estate transactions and facilitate follow-up activities with internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport implementation of real estate market strategies aligned with business objectives.\nConduct financial and operational analyses to identify cost savings opportunities and evaluate real estate alternatives.\nPrepare lease-related communications including renewal notices, tenant allowance documentation, lease commencement notices, and broker commission documentation.\nMaintain organized documentation and records for leased and owned properties.\nPrepare and transfer property files, invoices, and supporting documentation for entry into CoStar and other portfolio management systems.\nDevelop reports, analyses, and presentations for business leaders and real estate leadership.\nSupport internal and external audit requests by gathering and maintaining required documentation.\nParticipate in special projects and other duties as assigned.\nPosition Details (Location & Work Schedule):\nFull-time position.\nReports to the Senior Real Estate Manager.\nSupports Ecolab’s real estate portfolio primarily throughout the Americas region.\nWork schedule and location to be determined based on business needs and hiring location requirements.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, lease administration, portfolio management, or related disciplines.\nExperience working with real estate database software, including CoStar or similar systems.\nStrong data management and reporting experience.\nDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information appropriately.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and exercise sound judgment.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.\nFinancial analysis skills and strong mathematical aptitude.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\nExperience creating custom reports and dashboards.\nExperience with CoStar lease database systems.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nTechnology-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and tools.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and external partners.\nCommitment to consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.\nAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range\nThe pay range for this position is $65,800.00 - $98,700.00.
