You will partner closely with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure efficient use of labor and materials within budget.\nWhat’s in it For You:\nOpportunity to lead a critical function that directly impacts plant reliability and operational success\nExposure to cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and leadership teams\nAbility to build and develop a strong maintenance team while driving process improvements\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package with advancement opportunities\nWork in a safety-first, innovation-driven culture with a global industry leader\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to achieve plant performance goals\nPlan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and productivity\nManage and optimize the maintenance labor budget and material spend to ensure cost-effective operations\nDevelop and track maintenance budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to support operational targets\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance best practices\nImplement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset reliability\nCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and drive root cause analysis\nOversee contractors, consultants, and project work as required based on plant size and scope\nAdapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource constraints and operational challenges\nServe as a subject matter resource for maintenance strategies, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives\nPosition Details (Location & Work Schedule):\nLocation: Plant-based role (on-site)\nWork Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility to support plant operations, including off-hours as needed\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within an industrial environment\nMulti-trade maintenance background (mechanical, electrical, etc.)\nProven ability to manage budgets, resources, and maintenance operations effectively\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently with minimal guidance and make decisions aligned with business objectives\nExpert in PLC programming, VFD systems, and Allen-Bradley controls, with strong troubleshooting capabilities\nPreferred Qualifications:\n7+ years of supervisory or management experience in an industrial setting (Global Operations standard)\n5+ years of experience in an engineering or reliability discipline (for Reliability-focused roles)\nExperience implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) or predictive maintenance programs\nExperience managing large teams, contractors, and capital or maintenance projects\nAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range\nThe base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
