In this role you will work as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, document, and validate requirements to provide the functionality necessary to meet business objectives and project goals. \nWhat’s in it For You:\nThe opportunity to take on some of the world’s most meaningful challenges, helping customers achieve clean water, safe food, and healthy environments\nThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth\nThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupport the Lead within the SAP security team providing operational and technical security support for the business\nDesign, implement, and support SAP security strategy\nResearch, analyze, design, propose, and deliver SAP security solutions that are appropriate and in alignment with Ecolab strategic objectives\nProvide technical and architectural leadership for SAP security design and implementation\nCoordinate and maintain access authorization compliance between data owner and users within the access provisioning workflow\nWork with technical team, business process owners, and auditors to ensure information security is compliant with Ecolab security policies\nUnderstand and manage compliance requirements and enforce information security directives\nEducate management teams on how to identify risks and design controls to cover those risks\nMaintain document library in SharePoint with up-to-date controls mapping of threats to policies to associating procedures and processes\nWork with Solutions Architecture team to design and implement fits for purpose SAP security solutions\nResponsible for critical access restrictions/audit compliance requirement for tables and reports\nYou will work with and support internal and external audit teams\nWorking knowledge of authorization reporting and troubleshooting transaction codes / tools including SE16, SU22, SU24, SU25, SU53, SU56, ST01, SUIM, PFCG and reporting.\nCoordinate collaboration between the business users, Support teams and Security Center of Excellence Project team.\nProvide guidance and analysis on system/Support Pack upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n4 to 6 years of experience implementing SAP Security concepts and strategies\nRelevant degree such as bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education, Business, Information Technology, Technical, Business/Administration, Science, Management Information Systems\nLeadership role experience a plus\nSAP security design, configuration, and administration expertise in ECC, CRM, BI/BW, Fiori, S/4 database.\nKnowledge of SAP GRC 12.X configuration and administration, GRC BC sets, workflow customization and ruleset\nConfiguring security and setting up roles on NetWeaver applications\nOversees testing\nExperience with ticketing system for example ServiceNow, Change Management\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent organization skills.\nStrong understanding of SAP Security Audit and Monitoring requirements and methods\nSecurity design and implementation for assigning users to LDAP group for synch/upload\nA trusted partner at nearly three million commercial customer locations, Ecolab (ECL) is the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services.
