performance computing and cloud solutions rapidly expands, there has never been a more exciting time to join our team.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRole\nDrive quality planning activities across all phases of New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring robust design and manufacturing processes from concept through production launch.\nLead APQP deliverables (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Validation) and coordinate PPAP execution to ensure production readiness.\nPartner with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure design for quality.\nConduct design reviews (CAD models, specifications, engineering changes (ECNs)) to identify and mitigate product quality risks.\nSupport early identification and mitigation of product and process risks across the development lifecycle.\nDevelop Quality Control Plans, defining process controls and inspection methods.\nLead product launch quality activities, ensuring production readiness and stability.\nCollect and analyze quality and process data using statistical tools to identify trends and drive improvement actions.\nLead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D).\nFacilitate cross-functional Lean and Six Sigma process improvement initiatives and workshops.\nAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for key quality processes, providing cross-functional guidance.\nMaintain quality planning documentation, ensuring compliance with internal quality systems and customer requirements.\nBasic Qualifications:\nMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\nStrong understanding of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and electromechanical systems.\n5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment, including 1+ years in a senior or lead role.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with APQP tools (e.g., PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA).\nHands-on involvement in new products and process validation.\nISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).\nRegistered or eligible for registration with APEGA or ASET is considered an asset.\nSkills (competencies):\nStrong systems-level technical thinking across product and process domains.\nStrong project management abilities \nExcellent cross-functional collaboration.\nClear and effective communication (verbal and written).\nStructured risk identification and mitigation.\nHigh ownership, accountability, and execution
