Regional FP&A\nSupport Regional FP&A in driving pricing, margin, and SG&A performance management across the Greater China business.\nProvide regular insights on pricing realization, margin performance, and cost productivity opportunities to support delivery of financial commitments.\nLead total company SG&A analysis, helping management understand spending patterns, cost structure, and return on investment across functions and businesses.\nDevelop a strong understanding of the end-to-end company operating model, including commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and functional organizations, to provide a holistic total company perspective.\nPrepare management reporting, leadership presentations, and executive insights to facilitate effective decision-making.\nSupport key regional initiatives and transformation projects that drive productivity, profitability, and long-term growth.\n2. Digitalization & Process Optimization (Digital Champion)\nAct as a digital ambassador within the Regional FP&A team, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight quality.\nParticipate in and support finance digitalization projects, including reporting automation, data visualization, and planning tool enhancements.\nLeverage tools such as Excel, SAP, Power BI, and emerging digital / AI-enabled solutions to streamline FP&A processes.\nContinuously challenge existing processes and drive process simplification, standardization, and optimization.\nDemonstrate curiosity and passion for AI, digital finance, and new ways of working, with the ability to learn quickly and apply ideas pragmatically.\n3. Other Regional Ad-hoc tasks\nWill have opportunities to take on various ad-hoc tasks or projects\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management.\nTypically 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or commercial finance, preferably in a multinational or matrix environment.\nHands-on experience in business partnering and performance management.\nTechnical & Analytical Skills\nStrong understanding of P&L mechanics, including revenue, margin, and SG&A drivers.\nSolid financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
