Be part of our culture, where you can make a difference in a company that makes a difference.\nWhat’s in It for You:\nThe opportunity to take on some of the world’s most meaningful challenges, helping customers achieve clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environments\nThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth\nThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives and ideas to achieve our best\nWhat You Will Do:\nWork with the Global Supply Chain organization and lead the Global Supply Chain Design Team.\nLead supply chain network optimization modeling projects using Coupa Supply Chain Modeler software to perform network, transportation, and inventory optimization and/or simulation projects across Ecolab businesses.\nCollaborate with business leaders to define the network problem statement, establish scope, and align on the project plan.\nDrive cost savings through network optimization and supply network design projects across the globe.\nStrategize the collection of data from various standard systems and ERPs, and cleanse it into structured inputs for models using Data Guru, SQL, or other tools.\nImprove, build, and validate baseline models, and ensure modeling accuracy meets desired levels.\nGuide the team in developing scenarios that identify optimization opportunities across planning, manufacturing, and logistics while assessing service and cost trade-offs.\nIndependently collaborate with global stakeholders to build and validate network models in line with business constraints and rules.\nIdentify and implement network design best practices and build a Supply Chain Design center of excellence globally.\nDevelop presentations and data visualizations, calculate the financial impact of various scenarios, and present recommendations to leadership.\nProvide expert thought leadership and work effectively with limited direction.\nPosition Details:\nLocation: Kharadi office, Pune, India.\nAbility to travel when required.\nReports to Senior Manager.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology\n8-10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy or supply chain modeling roles\nExperience in modeling using Coupa Supply Chain Guru software\nCoupa Certified for - Supply Chain Design/Network Optimization/Transportation Optimization/MEIO Optimization\nMinimum of 3 years of experience leading others (preferred team size: more than 5)\nStrong problem-solving skills\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and data modeling\nStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple activities in a high-pressure, demanding, and fast-paced environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMBA Operations/Supply Chain OR ME/MTech Operations Research / Industrial Engineering\nExperience in data modeling using Coupa Data Guru software\nAPICS CSCP or CPIM certification or equivalent\nUS B1 visa\nWith annual sales of $16 billion, Ecolab (ECL) is the global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources.
