you will do:\nApplication Technology Development\nDevelop, optimize, validate, and standardize performance and application testing methods for ion exchange resins.\nDesign and execute application other technical documentation.\nTechnical Support\nProvide technical support to Sales, Application teams, and customers, including product selection, process recommendations, troubleshooting, application validation, and sample testing.\nTranslate laboratory findings and application data into practical technical recommendations for customer applications.\nCross-functional Collaboration\nPartner with R&D, Application, and Sales teams to support new product commercialization and implementation of customer projects.\nProvide application insights and technical feedback to support product improvement and development activities.\nPerform other technical service responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, Environmental Engineering, Water Treatment, or a related discipline.\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience in the ion exchange resin industry.\n\nSound understanding of ion exchange resin fundamentals, product characteristics, performance evaluation, and typical applications.\nAbility to independently design experimental plans, develop resin application or evaluation methods, conduct experiments, analyze data, and draw technically sound conclusions.\nFamiliarity with common laboratory analytical and testing methods and strong technical troubleshooting capabilities.\nGood written and reading proficiency in English, with the ability to review and prepare professional technical documentation.\nPost Code:001,
