  • 会使用ＳＡＰ
  • 及时判断和解决生产及操作过程中出现的各类问题。
  • 协调其它班组和相关部门，促进整个工厂生产的正常进行。
  • 参与工厂设备的日常检查和执行自主维护，协调维修人员做预防性维护，推动故障设备及时检修。
  • 培训新员工，提升所有操作人员的生产技能.
  • 参与质量、安全事件和客户投诉的调查，并负责改正活动的具体实行。
  • 参与5S的例行检查，负责班组的5S改善，有序交接班

任职要求：

  • 化工工艺专业及其它相关专业，中专以上学历
  • 具有3年以上化工行业操作经验。有班长和ＤＣＳ操作经验者优先。
  • 熟悉化工行业基本生产、安全环保、质量和技术等要求。
  • 能知道化工基本英文，会MS-Office.
  • 工作主动，具有团队合作精神。
  • 愿意做倒班工作
